M Seriesare multi-way rotary joints designed to carry multiple media continuously for low-speed and high-pressure equipment. They are used on machining center revolving tables,rotating platforms,coilingmachines,converters, ladleturret,hydraulic machinery,multi-wayhigh pressurecontrollerand etc.
Main Features:
Supported by double high-precision maintenance-free bearings forhigh stability. High-qualityimported sealing parts forprolonged service life.
Stainless steel rotor with special treatment to provide good durability Housing material availablein aluminum,stainless steel orbrass. Special leakage reflux design to avoid exteriorcon tamination. Customization availablefor differentapplications.
Notes:
1.0peration underextreme ratings should beavoided.Maximalworking speedis in reverse proportion to working pressure, and is alsoinfluenced by themedia lubricity and theheat dissipation ability of the sealing components. When the rotation speed is lower than 10RPM,the maximal pressure can be up to 30Mpa.
2.lnner leakageis allowed between each passage.Please pay attention tothe compatibility of different working media to avoid crossed contamination.
3.The working fluid or hy draulic media should be filtered before beingused.The filtrationprecision should be no lower than 10um.
4.Drainage hole is accompanied for observationand collection ofescaping media.
5.Forotherapplications. please consult FENGRUI beforehan.
