The hydraulic slip ring of the turntable is a slip ring product specially designed and produced for the turntable of the continuous casting machine in the metallurgical and steel industry to realize various actions and transmit signals. The surface is ground and specially treated to improve sealing performance and wear resistance, increase service cycle and life; Hydraulic oil, nitrogen, ethylene glycol, argon, methanol, coolant, water, compressed air, vacuum and other media are circulated, and the independent sealing components ensure that the media will not move together during working, and will not release pressure.

Independent medium channel (path) design, can flow different pressure media at the same time, the maximum number of channels can reach 50;
      The center hole can be opened, and the rear end can be equipped with an encoder and a conductive slip ring, please refer to the following installation diagram of the connection between the hydraulic slip ring and the conductive slip ring;
      When circulating hydraulic high-pressure medium, it is recommended to use a high-pressure hose to connect with the interface;
      When circulating low-pressure gas medium or negative pressure vacuum medium, it is recommended to use gas pipe or gas line;
      When circulating air, it is recommended to install a lubricator in the pneumatic pipeline, so that the compressed air contains atomized lubricating oil to form oil-containing air, lubricate the dense end face, and improve the service cycle and life;
      Practice has proved that particulate impurities in the medium will affect the service life and cycle; to keep the oil circuit and equipment clean, it is recommended to install a filter device with an accuracy of not less than 50 microns;
      Imported high-pressure and wear-resistant seals are used, with reliable sealing, long service life, and a maximum pressure resistance of 50MPa;
      When circulating hydraulic high-pressure medium, it is recommended to use a high-pressure hose to connect with the interface;
      Non-standard products can be designed and produced according to the technical parameters and working conditions provided by metallurgical steel customers.
