QZJ Series are swivel joints designed for axial revolving,or swiveling applications between piping.The structure is supported by a group of spherical seal rings.This series are mainly used for vaporization cooling system of step beam heating furnaces.
Main Features:
Supported by spherical seal ring structure for maximal swiveling angle ±12°.
Anti-vibrantand heat impactresistantstructure.
Free from constant maintenance
Notes:
1.Please pay attention to the center position during designing and installation.The swiveling scope should be calculated carefully according to boom length
2.Please choose flanges with right standards and suitable pressure grades.
